Who is responsible

Fiam AI is operated by MULTI8 INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS ("we", "us" and "our"), at 254 Ada-George Road, Rumuochita, Port Harcourt 500272, Rivers, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information we use to run Fiam AI. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Information we collect and why

  • Account information: your name, email address, username, password hash and any profile, phone, country or avatar details you choose to provide. We use this to create and secure your account, verify your email and provide support.
  • Project information: prompts, conversations, uploaded or imported files, generated code, previews, project settings and published website content. We store and process this information so you can create, edit, recover and publish projects.
  • Billing information: the billing identity and address you supply, plan and billing period, currency, invoices, payment status and transaction references. We use this to price your purchase, reconcile payments, provide paid access, assess refunds and maintain financial records.
  • Technical information: IP address, approximate country, browser or device information, session and security events, usage counts and diagnostic information. We use this to deliver the service, display an initial currency, enforce plan limits and investigate errors or abuse.
  • Communications: contact-form messages, support correspondence and newsletter details if you subscribe. We use these to respond to you and provide the communications you requested.

Why we may process this information

We process information needed to supply the service and carry out your purchase, to meet applicable legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing the service and resolving faults. Where an optional activity relies on consent, such as a newsletter subscription, you can withdraw that consent by contacting [email protected]. This does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or information still needed for another lawful purpose.

AI processing and public websites

Website generation currently uses self-hosted Ollama models through our private DGX Spark connection. The current generation service does not send prompts to an externally hosted AI API. Your prompts and project files are still stored and processed by Fiam AI infrastructure; self-hosted inference does not mean that they stay only on your device. When you request a web search or URL fetch, the search terms or requested URL may be sent to the relevant search service or website. Only include information you are entitled to share.

Publishing makes the selected website content publicly accessible. Public pages may be copied or indexed by others. Unpublishing a site does not remove copies or search results held by independent third parties.

Service providers and other recipients

  • InterServer provides the web-hosting environment. Hosting email and Mailbaby relay services handle service and support email delivery.
  • Cloudflare provides network delivery, security, the country signal used for initial currency selection, and Web Analytics. The website loads its analytics beacon to collect page-view and performance information, such as page and referrer details and loading or interaction timings. We use this information to understand usage and improve the service. Cloudflare can also process request information such as IP addresses, headers and requested URLs while providing its network services.
  • Bunny Fonts supplies the web fonts currently loaded by the site and receives the connection information needed to deliver them.
  • Your bank and the receiving bank process bank transfers. Fiam AI stores the transfer references and payment records needed for reconciliation. We do not need your internet-banking password or PIN.
  • If PayPal is available and you choose it at checkout, PayPal processes the payment and sends payment identifiers and status information to Fiam AI. PayPal also applies its own privacy terms.
  • If you choose to connect an external account, import from a repository or use another third-party feature, information needed for that action is exchanged with the service you selected.
  • We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to establish or defend legal rights.

International processing

Fiam AI is operated from Nigeria. Some hosting, email, network and other service providers may process information outside Nigeria. International processing is subject to the requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact [email protected] for information about the destinations and transfer arrangements relevant to your account.

Cookies and preferences

Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions, protect forms against misuse and remember preferences such as theme or the currency you choose. You can change the displayed currency, and you can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. The website also loads the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon described above to measure usage and performance. Additional analytics or tracking will be described in an updated notice.

Retention, account closure and backups

Account and project records support your ongoing use of the service. Payment and support records may also be needed for reconciliation, disputes, security or applicable legal obligations. The current account-removal action revokes access but retains invoice links and project history; it is not an automatic erasure of every record. Contact [email protected] to request erasure or to ask what information remains and why. We assess requests under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained.

The automated server backup job uses a 14-day retention window. Separately retained recovery copies may last longer. Removing information from the active service does not immediately remove every backup copy. The backup cycle does not determine how long account, project, payment or application-log records are kept.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed account passwords, access controls and protected credentials. Automated server recovery backups are encrypted. These controls do not mean that every database field is encrypted or that a service can be guaranteed free of risk. Keep your password private and report suspected account access to [email protected].

Your rights and complaints

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent and protection concerning certain solely automated decisions. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable exceptions. Send requests to [email protected]; we may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

You may also complain directly to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). Its website is https://ndpc.gov.ng/ and its privacy-violation reporting service is https://services.ndpc.gov.ng/breach/. Contacting us first does not prevent you from contacting the NDPC.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when relevant processing changes. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be brought to your attention through the service or an appropriate communication.
