The service and these terms
These terms govern use of Fiam AI at fiam.dev, operated by MULTI8 INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS, 254 Ada-George Road, Rumuochita, Port Harcourt 500272, Rivers, Nigeria. Contact [email protected] with questions. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
Your account
Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must have the legal capacity or authority required to enter this agreement.
Plans, prices and payment
The pricing page and checkout show the features, usage limits, price, currency and monthly or yearly access period for your purchase. Visitors identified as being in Nigeria initially see Nigerian naira (NGN); other visitors initially see US dollars (USD). You can change the displayed currency. These are fixed regional prices, not a promise of an exchange rate. The amount and currency shown before you confirm a purchase govern that purchase. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be shown before payment.
NGN bank transfers are manually reconciled. Use the bank details and reference on your payment request. Reporting a transfer does not itself confirm payment or activate a paid plan; activation follows confirmation that the money was received. Do not send us your banking password, PIN or one-time banking codes.
If you choose PayPal when it is available, the checkout charge is in USD and is shown before you proceed. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or other charges. Bank-transfer and the current PayPal purchases cover a single selected access period; they do not create automatic PayPal subscription renewals. A new payment is required for another period unless a different arrangement is explicitly presented and accepted. Future changes to published prices do not change the amount of a purchase already confirmed.
Seven-day refund policy
You may request a refund within seven calendar days after payment if no AI credits from that purchase have been used. Send the request to [email protected] from your account email and include your invoice or payment reference. We will check the payment and usage records and refund a qualifying purchase. Do not include banking passwords, PINs or card security codes in your request.
If AI credits from the purchase have been used, this seven-day refund offer does not apply. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Your projects and generated output
You keep the rights you already have in material you upload or provide. You authorise us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the actions you request, including generation, previews and publication. Rights in generated output can depend on applicable law and third-party materials or licences. You must have the permissions needed for the text, images, code and other content you use.
AI output may contain mistakes, insecure code or material similar to other output. Review and test a website before relying on it or publishing it. You remain responsible for its content, claims, privacy notices, permissions and use of third-party services. Fiam AI does not promise that every generated website is complete, unique or suitable for every purpose.
Publication and acceptable use
Publishing makes your selected website content available to the public. Named publishing addresses under f.ng.cyou and other features depend on your plan and the availability of the requested name. Do not publish passwords, private keys or other secrets.
Do not use Fiam AI for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, malware, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or activity that disrupts the service or other users. We may restrict access or publication where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident or a legal obligation. Contact [email protected] if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Ending use and retained information
You may stop using Fiam AI at any time and contact [email protected] about your account or a paid period. Ending use does not by itself erase every record or cancel a completed bank transfer. Account removal revokes access and may retain invoices and project history as described in the Privacy Policy. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy above and any mandatory rights.
Availability, changes and legal rights
Maintenance, faults and third-party services can interrupt access. Keep copies of material you need independently. We may update the service or these terms, but will not use a terms change to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a change materially affects an active paid purchase, we will provide an appropriate notice and any remedy required by law.
Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. You can contact [email protected] to seek a resolution; this does not prevent you from using a competent court, regulator or other remedy available by law.
